Please note that SCHED does not transfer into HOPIN.  SCHED is our preview site, so you can see schedules, session information and access resources posted by speakers.  Building a schedule of sessions you want to attend in SCHED will not automatically place you into a Hopin Session.  You will have to join the Conference in Hopin, then click on the Session tile to participate in your desired sessions in Hopin. 

You must be registered for the conference to gain access to Hopin and participate in any of the sessions listed here on SCHED. SCHED requires a different log-in than MACUL’s registration system.

Conference Workshops require pre-registration and paying a separate fee to participate in the workshop. Adding a workshop to your schedule in SCHED does not enroll you in a workshop. Visit maculconference.org to register for a workshop.

My name is Julie Clark, and I have been serving as the elementary Gifted/Talented teacher for Jenison Public Schools (just west of Grand Rapids) for the past seven years. The ACT Program (the acronym a variation of ACademically Talented) is designed as an academic enrichment pull-out program specifically tailored for academically talented children.  Meeting each school week, the curriculum promotes advanced academics in the core subject areas of Social Studies, Language Arts, Math, and Science.  For the 2020-2021 school year, my program has been virtual, and I have been learning so many new and interactive tools for teaching classes online.
