Jaimie Fons is the Assistive Technology Consultant at Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD). Jaimie is a nationally-certified and state-licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) who has worked at the (MISD) 12 years with students who have complex communication needs. Since 2008, Jaimie has been an active Macomb County AT Leader working as an integral member of the center programs AT team. Jaimie is also a member of the AAC Core Vocabulary planning team, leading the county with experience designing and facilitating professional learning experiences. She has co-created and delivered numerous professional development and training sessions to educators and parents on the topic of AT and UDL.. She has a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
