Thank you for a great #MACUL21 - check back here for any resources uploaded by presenters!

Please note that SCHED does not transfer into HOPIN.  SCHED is our preview site, so you can see schedules, session information and access resources posted by speakers.  Building a schedule of sessions you want to attend in SCHED will not automatically place you into a Hopin Session.  You will have to join the Conference in Hopin, then click on the Session tile to participate in your desired sessions in Hopin.

You must be registered for the conference to gain access to Hopin and participate in any of the sessions listed here on SCHED. SCHED requires a different log-in than MACUL’s registration system.

Conference Workshops require pre-registration and paying a separate fee to participate in the workshop. Adding a workshop to your schedule in SCHED does not enroll you in a workshop. Visit maculconference.org to register for a workshop.

Having a profile and joining sessions here on SCHED does not sign you up for the conference. Please visit maculconference.org for more information on how to register today!

All the Things I Wish I'd Known Earlier About Online Teaching

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This past year, many teachers across our state taught their students from behind a screen for the first time. At Michigan Virtual, our instructors have been teaching in this format for years. So often new online teachers tell us, “I wish someone would have told me ___ about teaching online.” In this session, a panel of veteran online instructors with decades of collective experience respond to this prompt and share tips & tricks they wish someone had told them earlier about how to effectively reach and teach students in a virtual learning environment. You’ll leave with an expanded sense of what online teaching is all about and be better prepared to master your online classrooms of today and tomorrow!
